Keeping a commercial floor clean takes more than a mop and bucket when you are dealing with a warehouse, retail space, or busy hospitality venue. Zintra Equipment supplies Melbourne businesses with floor scrubbers, sweepers and cleaning machinery for hire or sale, backed by a team based right here in Cranbourne. Our range covers walk-behind scrubbers through to full ride-on machines from names businesses already trust, including Tennant, Columbus, Duplex, Hako and Polivac. We deliver across Cranbourne and greater Melbourne, and every machine leaves our yard cleaned, tested and ready to work the moment it arrives on site.
Why Melbourne Businesses Rely on Zintra Equipment for Floor Care
Facility managers, cleaning contractors and business owners across Melbourne turn to Zintra Equipment because we treat floor cleaning as a practical problem to solve, not just a product to sell. Below is a closer look at how our rental equipment and sales range actually work for the businesses that use them.
Flexible Hire Terms Built Around Your Schedule
Not every job needs a machine sitting in storage for months. Some sites need a scrubber for a single weekend event; others need one on a rolling monthly contract to keep a large facility looking sharp all year. Zintra Equipment offers daily, weekly and monthly hire terms so you only pay for the time you actually need the equipment. You can browse the full rental equipment lineup and book online through our rent page, with support available if you are not sure which machine suits your floor type or square footage.
Choosing Between a Walk Behind and a Ride On Floor Scrubber
This is one of the most common questions we get from Melbourne businesses, and the answer usually comes down to floor size and layout. A walk-behind scrubber, such as our Tennant T3 or Tennant T5, is ideal for tighter spaces, retail aisles, gyms, and smaller warehouses where manoeuvrability matters more than raw speed. A ride-on scrubber, like the Tennant T16 battery ride-on or the compact Tennant T12, makes far more sense for large open floor plates such as distribution centres and big box retail, where covering thousands of square metres on foot is not efficient. If your site also needs sweeping alongside scrubbing, the M20 ride-on sweeper scrubber combines both jobs in one pass. Our team can talk through your floor area and traffic levels before you book, so you are not paying for more machine than the job requires.
Trusted Brands Ready for Immediate Use
Every machine in our fleet is commercial grade and maintained to a standard that means it works the day it arrives, not the day after a technician visits. Our range includes the Columbus RA66 BM60 walk-behind scrubber dryer, the Duplex 420 all-in-one floor scrubber, the Hako Wizzard multi-purpose floor scrubber and the Polivac C27 rotary floor scrubber, each suited to different floor surfaces and cleaning tasks. If you are still weighing up the cost of hiring against buying outright, our floor scrubber hire cost guide for Melbourne breaks down real pricing so you can plan your budget properly before committing.
Buying Equipment Outright Through Our Sales Range
Hiring is not always the right fit, particularly for businesses that need a scrubber on hand permanently. Our sales equipment range includes both new and quality used machines, such as the Columbus RA66 and low-hour options like the Tennant T3 scrubber with 351 hours and the Tennant T3 walk-behind floor scrubber with only 192 hours. Buying a used, well-maintained machine through Zintra Equipment often gives Melbourne businesses commercial performance at a fraction of the cost of new equipment, without any guesswork about condition or service history.
Delivery and Support Across Cranbourne and Greater Melbourne
Getting the right machine to site on time matters as much as the machine itself. We offer free delivery within 20 kilometres of Cranbourne and can arrange delivery further out across Greater Melbourne. Our support does not stop once the equipment leaves the yard either. If a question comes up mid-hire, our team is available to help you keep the job moving. You can see full details or ask about your site through our contact page.

Yes. Our hire terms are flexible, covering daily, weekly and monthly periods, so you only pay for the time you actually need the machine.
